Virgo is a sign of low fertility. Seeds sown will develop well and produce plants with a well-developed root system, but the final harvest will be rather mediocre. This is also a good time for watering, fertilising and preparing medicinal herbs. Soaking and sowing of vegetable seeds should not be done on this day. The exception is soon-to-ripen greens and radishes.

It is a good time to harvest, as the fruit will keep longer.
